DINOSAUR DASH EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

      Dinosaur Dash XVIII will be held on November 2, 2008, at The Market Place

Join us after the race at our Expo!  100 exhibitors participate, offering information about their products, samples and health information.  Also join our PTA and PTO booths for treats and games - all to raise funds for their school.

As a courtesy to our exhibitors, we limit the number from the same industry.  For the November 2, 2008 event, we are sold out for chiropractors.

Please note that, except for the PTA and PTO booths, no selling is allowed at the Expo.  However, you can give samples, collect names, offer product info, take initial orders and offer games or activities.

Each exhibitor is provided:
  •   10' x 10' space
  •   1 table
  •   2 chairs
  •   1 plastic table covering

Canopies may be rented for $100 (we'll do set up and break down).  Or, bring your own canopy or pop-up.

You may set up any time after 5:30 a.m.  All cars need to be off the venue by 6:30 a.m.
Please be all set up and ready by 7:00 a.m.

Minimum booth rental fee is $350.  Sign up today!

to be listed in our race brochure
October 5
to be listed on our T-shirts (Sponsor levels of $1000 and up)
October 16 for an Exhibit Booth

Ways to get involved NOW with the Dinosaur Dash:
  • Purchase an ad for our Sponsor Book (deadline Sept. 26)
  • Recruit family and friends to run or walk with you.
  • Start a team with your co-workers.
  • Practice walking or running every evening.
  • Underwrite the entry fee for a student.
  • Volunteer to help the day of the race.
